HEPA filters

Volume Control Dampers & Fire Dampers
Volume Control Dampers
Eco Smart Volume Control Dampers is used to control air flow in air duct. Volume dampers are specially designed for air balancing and control purposes in low to medium pressure and velocity systems. Eco Smart Volume Control Dampers comes with double skinned aluminum extrusions that contains an aero foil shaped blade for low resistance and minimum pressure drop characteristics. A 25mm wide flanged frame is constructed from 1.2mm galvanized steel, with all corner joints welded for strength and rigidity. As standard the flange is supplied plain undrilled. Eco Smart volume dampers comes with complete manual quadrant and motorized actuators.
Manual dampers work when user twists a screw to control the flow of air to a section of pipe. Motorized damper has motorized actuators that works similarly to a manual damper except the manual quadrant of it. Fire Dampers

Sand Trap Louvers
Eco Smart Sand Trap Louvers are designed to separate large sized sand particles at low air velocities avoiding excessive dust loading on conventional plant filters in HVAC systems. This avoids excessive dust loading on secondary stage conventional filters. They give excellent performance for air filtration and moderate pressure drops at low air velocities.
The sand trap louvre can be used in areas exposed to extreme levels of industrial pollution as pre-filter for the protection of air conditioning plants. It has a degree of separation of sand and large dust particles, even in cases of high dust concentrations.
